Please read these terms carefully before using EPlus Cloud ERP services.
By accessing or using EPlus Cloud ERP ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Service is operated by Aakash Infoway Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
EPlus Cloud ERP is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning software that provides accounting, inventory management, GST compliance, E-Invoice, E-Way Bill generation, job work management, and business analytics features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One account grants access based on your subscription plan (users, companies, branches).
EPlus Cloud ERP is offered on an annual subscription basis starting at ₹3,000/year. Additional users, companies, or branches can be added at ₹1,000/year each. Payments are processed securely and are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into the Service. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your business data with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. Daily automated backups ensure data safety.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. You shall not upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
The Service, including its software, design, features, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Aakash Infoway Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The Plus, EPlus, and Aakash Infoway names and logos are registered trademarks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aakash Infoway Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days of read-only access to export your data. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
