We collect information you provide when creating an account, subscribing to our service, or contacting support. This includes: name, email address, phone number, company name, GST number, business address, and payment information. We also automatically collect usage data, device information, IP addresses, and browser type for service improvement.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the EPlus Cloud ERP service, process your transactions and send invoices, send important service updates and notifications, provide customer support, improve our services based on usage patterns, comply with legal obligations (GST, E-Invoice), and send promotional communications (with your consent).
Your data security is our priority. We employ: 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission, bank-grade security for stored data, daily automated backups on secure cloud servers in India, regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, role-based access controls, and two-factor authentication options.
We do not sell your personal or business data. We may share data with: Government authorities (GST portal, E-Invoice/E-Way Bill systems) as required by law, payment processors for transaction processing, cloud infrastructure providers (data remains in India), and professional advisors under confidentiality obligations. All third-party processors are contractually bound to protect your data.
